Pickup & Delivery Options

At The Water Boyzz, we offer both pickup and delivery options to make it easy for you to access the freshest, high-quality alkaline spring water. Please read below for details on how you can receive your order.

PICKUP

You are welcome to pick up your fresh alkaline spring water directly from our facility.

💧 Pickup Options:

  • Glass Bottles (750ml) - $10 per bottle (Refill price: $5 per bottle)
  • Crate of 10 Glass Bottles (750ml) - $90
  • Spring Water Ice (5kg bag) - $8
  • Bring Your Own Container: Fill fresh alkaline spring water at $2 per litre
  • Stainless Steel Tanks Available for Purchase (See product listings for pricing)

There is no minimum quantity required for pickup orders.

DELIVERY

We offer Melbourne-wide delivery for residential and business customers.

🚚 Delivery Options:

1. Standard Water Delivery – Minimum 100 Litres

  • Available for homes and businesses.
  • You can use your own tanks, or we provide stainless steel tanks for easier refilling.
  • Bulk Discount: Orders over 300 litres receive a discount of $1.50 per litre.

2. Business Water Cooler Setup

  • Buy a Custom Water Cooler – $999
  • Rent a Water Cooler – $20 per month
  • Includes 7 x 15L water bottles, refilled as requested.
  • Delivery fee for 7 bottles is $200.

3. Large Stainless Steel Tank Setup (300L – 1000L)

  • We can install a stainless steel tank (300L – 1000L) at your location.
  • The tank will be positioned in a cool, shady, and accessible location for easy refilling.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Business Water Cooler Setup: Setup and first delivery will be arranged within 7 business days.
  • Large Stainless Steel Tank Installations: Custom scheduling required. Please contact us for details.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Standard Water Delivery: Pricing varies based on the quantity ordered. Contact us for a quote.
  • Water Cooler Delivery (7 x 15L Bottles): $200 flat fee.
  • Bulk Water Delivery (300L+ Orders): Discounted rate applies.

If you receive damaged, incorrect, or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
