Where does your my water come from and how is it filtered?

Our fresh alkaline spring water is collected directly from the source and undergoes a multi-stage filtration process. It is first filtered using a 2-stage carbon system, then alkalised through a 7-stage process to maintain a pH balance between 7-9, and finally passed through UV light for sanitization. We do not add any chemicals, metals, or additives—just pure, living water.

Do you offer delivery, and what is the minimum order for home or business delivery?

Yes, we deliver Melbourne-wide. The minimum order for delivery is 100 litres. You can use your own tanks, or we can provide high-quality stainless steel tanks for optimal water preservation. For businesses, we also offer water coolers with regular bottle replenishment.

Can I bring my own bottles or tanks to fill with spring water?

Absolutely! You can pick up fresh alkaline spring water directly from our factory and bring your own bottles or tanks for filling. There is no minimum fill requirement, and the cost is $2 per litre.

What are the benefits of using a stainless steel water tank?

Our imported Italian stainless steel tanks are highly recommended because they enhance the longevity and purity of the water. Unlike plastic or other materials, stainless steel prevents contamination and preserves the water’s freshness for longer.

Do you sell water in bulk or offer discounts for larger orders?

Yes! Orders over 300 litres qualify for a bulk discount of $1.50 per litre. We also offer larger stainless steel tanks (300L–1000L) for those who need a convenient, high-capacity storage solution.

Do You Offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes! We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for pickup orders and bulk water deliveries (minimum 100L). If you choose COD, please ensure you have the exact amount ready as our drivers may not carry change. To arrange a COD order, contact us at springwaterboyzz@gmail.com or call 0468 960 700.

What makes your spring water different from regular bottled water?
