Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Water and beverage products must remain sealed and unconsumed for health and safety reasons. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please provide photos of the damaged goods and packaging for our review.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or partially consumed water bottles. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (such as opened food or beverage products)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
If you have any concerns about your specific order, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
If you need a different product, the fastest way is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately. Once your return is accepted, we recommend repurchasing your desired product immediately to ensure availability.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. To qualify, the item must remain sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at stefan@waterboyzz.com.au.
